ABU DHABI, UAE and GENEVA — Mondevo Group announced on Sept. 30, 2026, that its private capital network for family offices, Ittikar, is officially live and open to new members, as detailed in a PR Newswire release. The platform moves out of an initial operational phase that commenced in March, during which access was restricted exclusively to 100 Founding Members.
Strategic Context
Mondevo Group first outlined its vision for the private capital platform in November 2025. Throughout the subsequent early-access period, the initial cohort of 100 Founding Members utilized the infrastructure to collaborate on transactions. The network has already been deployed to successfully close two acquisitions originating from Mondevo Group.
Forward Outlook
As Ittikar opens its doors to a broader membership base, allocators and operators monitoring private market infrastructure and family office syndication should evaluate the platform's onboarding terms, subsequent deal-flow velocity, and the broader expansion strategy deployed by Mondevo Group.
