NEW YORK — The energy-transition pitch is becoming a transmission and substation pitch, which is how it gets paid.
The raise, people familiar with the process said, is overweight U.S. regulated and contracted grid assets that can sit next to data-center load — less solar slideware, more steel in the ground.
