BOSTON — DelCam Capital announced on Sept. 17, 2026, that its portfolio company, Space Age Electronics, has completed the acquisition of Gemcom, Inc., a specialty manufacturer of fire suppression switches, graphic annunciators, and engineered signage serving the fire alarm and life safety industry. The transaction integrates Gemcom's product lines into Space Age Electronics' existing fire and life safety manufacturing platform.
