Morgan Stanley Launches $1.5Tr US Innovation Program

Morgan Stanley has launched a major program called the US Innovation Infrastructure Initiative. This ambitious project aims to direct approximately $1.5 trillion into capital raising, financing, investing, and advisory activities over the next ten years. The bank introduced this program to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary and to spark a brand new era of economic growth.

The main goal is to support clients who are building and scaling companies that are critical to the financial strength and national security of the United States. To do this, Morgan Stanley will combine its major services, including wealth management, investment management, capital markets, and advisory teams, to help businesses at every stage of their development.

Initiative plans to focus heavily on 3 main areas. First, it will support strategic industries and modern innovation platforms. This includes businesses working on artificial intelligence, quantum technology, advanced computing, software, semiconductors, cybersecurity, aerospace, defence, pharmaceuticals, and critical minerals. Second, the program will fund the physical and digital infrastructure required for a highly connected economy, such as advanced data infrastructure and new energy supplies.

Third, it will provide critical capital for builders and growing companies, helping entrepreneurs move from their initial startup phase to public stock markets or government funding. For decades, Morgan Stanley has helped American founders scale their businesses and stay competitive on a global scale.
