Nikhil Kant Appointed to Consumer Marketing Team at Meta

Meta announced the appointment of Nikhil Kant to its consumer marketing team. He joins Meta from Flix, where he served as India Team Lead, Marketing and Sales, and was responsible for brand, social media, content, sales, and online and offline distribution. Before Flix, Nikhil worked as Head of Brand Marketing, PR, and Social at healthcare company Even. Kant also worked with BAT as Head of Social for the North Asia Area. Previously, he spent more than three years at Uber, where he served as Global Social Media Lead and earlier led social media, content, and media planning across India and the Asia-Pacific region. He also worked with British American Tobacco (BAT) as Head of Social for North Asia, based in Tokyo. Earlier, Nikhil served at several companies, including Interactive Avenues, KPMG, and Citibank India. Academically, Kant holds a bachelor's degree in Business Studies and Management from Delhi University. He also completed a MiniMBA in Brand Management in 2020. Kant shared the update in aLinkedIn post, writing, “New job. Meta. Consumer Marketing.” Thanking his former colleagues at Flix, he added, “I want to say a huge thank you to my team at Flix for everything!
