U.S. organic revenues recorded a total of $76.6 billion in 2025, representing a robust rise of 7% compared to the previous year. The increase greatly surpassed that of the traditional industry, which increased by only 3.4%. It is evident that consumers are increasingly turning to organic products. According to experts, this growth is this increase is caused by the growing awareness of consumers regarding the environmental impact of goods and their effects on people’s health. Some items saw even bigger growth. Berry sales increased by more than 10%, while citrus fruits rose by 18%. Banana sales also grew by 13%, crossing $1 billion. In addition, sales from organic foodstuffs have also been very good. They went up by 4.2%, and the total value amounted to $15.7 billion. Organic foods such as organic baby food and formula were up 9%. Dried beans, fruits and vegetables sales were also up 14%. Organic dairy and eggs reached $9.6 billion, growing by 13%. Yogurt sales rose 17%, and egg sales jumped 22%. Organic milk and eggs generated $9.6 billion and grew by 13%. The market for yogurt grew by 17%, while egg sales increased by 22%. The growth of organic beef was enormous, growing by 44% to reach $1.4 billion. In the future, organic sales will continue to rise.
