WizCommerce, an AI-native sales and e-commerce platform for wholesale distributors, has raised $8.3 million in a convertible round from existing investors, led by Blume Ventures with roughly $3 million in investment, while the rest came from Alpha Wave, Peak XV Partners, Z47, and 100X.VC.
The investment comes less than a year after the Bengaluru-based company secured $8 million in its Series A round led by Peak XV Partners in August 2025.
The latest funding represents continued investor confidence in WizCommerce’s AI-powered SaaS platform, which helps wholesale distributors digitise sales, commerce, and customer engagement.
According to regulatory filings, the investment amounts are as follows: Blume Ventures contributed ₹28.72 crore (approximately $3 million), Alpha Wave invested ₹23.94 crore, Peak XV Partners contributed ₹14.36 crore, Z47 provided ₹7.65 crore, and 100X.VC invested ₹4.79 crore.
WizCommerce raised the capital through the allotment of 7,565 Bridge Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) at an issue price of ₹1,05,051 per share, according to filings with the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
The company’s post-money valuation has increased to approximately ₹443 crore (around $46.6 million). This demonstrates a significant increase from its previous valuation of ₹333 crore, achieved during the company’s $8 million Series A funding round in 2025.
Blume Ventures has emerged as the company’s largest external shareholder, holding 17.49% of the business. The other investors' updated shareholdings include Peak XV Partners (15.57%), Alpha Wave (14.85%), Z47 (10.38%), and 100X.VC – 2.61%.
