Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel Unveils Fall Miami Lineup

On Monday, Sept. 28, 2026, PR Newswire M&A reported that Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel launched its autumn programming across its newly opened Solei Beach Club and signature restaurant, The Social Club, in Miami Beach. The oceanfront hotel is exchanging traditional autumn leaves for ocean breezes with interactive events, seasonal menus, and a charitable partnership for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Managed by Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, the property sits along 200 feet of Atlantic Oceanfront on historic Collins Avenue in the Art Deco District. The fully renovated hotel features direct beach access, a design-driven backyard bliss experience, and the newly established coastal Spain-inspired Solei Beach Club, which opened in May.

Solei Beach Club Hosts Murder Mysteries

Following its debut last year, the hotel's Halloween Murder Mystery Dinner Series returns to the seaside setting of Solei Beach Club on October 10, 17, and 24 at 8 p.m. Three interactive evenings invite guests to participate as suspects and solve a crime. The schedule features Murder at the School of Mystery on October 10, a wizarding-world whodunit; The Witches Pact on October 17, centered on a broken bond within the Midnight Coven; and A Killer Evening: Sip, Dine and Solve a Crime on October 24, playing on the classic game Clue. Each evening costs $150 per person, covering a three-course dinner, two cocktails, and the interactive experience.

The three-course menu features Witches Garden Harvest Salad with roasted butternut squash, goat cheese, candied pecans, and maple apple cider vinaigrette; The Headless Horseman's Feast, consisting of crispy herb-roasted chicken with pumpkin Parmesan risotto and sage brown butter jus; and The Poisoned Apple dessert with roasted cinnamon apple, mascarpone mousse, salted caramel, and vanilla ice cream. Included cocktails are the Sunset Rider, made with Deep Eddy Vodka, Giffard Pêche, blood orange, Grand Marnier, and lemon, alongside the Amigo Verde, featuring Tequila Ocho Plata, Ancho Reyes Verde, Green Chartreuse, and lime. Additional drinks like Lil Shrubs and Rise & Shine are available for purchase.

Outdoor Screenings And Rosé Giveback

Solei transforms into an open-air cinema for a Halloween Movie Night Series on October 16, 23, and 30 at 8 p.m., showing Ghostbusters, Beetlejuice, and Hocus Pocus. Attendees bring their own chairs or towels while a movie-theater-inspired menu offers popcorn, nachos, hot dogs, and chicken tenders à la carte. Tickets cost $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under, including a bag of popcorn. Throughout October, Solei also turns its signature rosé, an exclusive bottling created with DAOU Vineyards, into a charitable vehicle for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. A portion of sales from every bottle of Solei Rosé benefits the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Mohan Koka, General Manager of Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel, said fall gives the property a chance to put a Miami Beach spin on the season by combining food and creative programming. Victoria Palacio, Marketing Manager of Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel, added that the lineup provides returning visitors multiple reasons to engage throughout the month, pairing entertainment with community support. The seasonal offerings connect to broader hospitality trends seen in properties adjusting amenities to sustain guest engagement, much like shifts tracked in the wider leisure sector such as Pacific Coast Feather hotel pillows collections.

The Social Club Introduces Autumn Menus

At The Social Club, Executive Chef Gastón Javier offers a limited selection of fall specials from September 22 through December 21. The menu includes Butternut Squash Arancini with smoked mozzarella, Parmesan, and brown butter sage aioli; Maple-Miso Glazed Salmon with sweet potato purée, charred Brussels sprouts, apple-fennel salad, and cider beurre blanc; and a brunch Pumpkin Waffle & Hot Honey Chicken pairing a pumpkin-spiced Belgian waffle with crispy chicken, cinnamon whipped butter, maple hot honey, and pickled apple. The bar features The Toasted Flame, combining RumChata, vanilla vodka, and cinnamon whiskey.

Daily programming at The Social Club includes happy hour from Sunday through Thursday between 5 and 7 p.m., featuring $12 cocktails, watermelon sushi, tuna tartare, croquettes, $10 wines, and $7 beers. Daily brunch offers bottomless Bloody Marys, Aperol Spritzes, margaritas, mimosas, and Santi Spritzes for $39 per person for two hours. Shaken After Dark returns on Fridays from 5 to 10 p.m., featuring $10 martinis including espresso, dirty, cosmopolitan, French, and lemon drop variations.
